- The gift card is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of activation.
- We’re a UK-based company, so our main currency is Pound Sterling. Gift cards are issued in GBP and converted into Euros and US dollars (depending on your location), so the gift card amount is approximated to the nearest US Dollar/Euro. Your recipient will receive their gift card in the currency applicable to the country you are using it in.
- The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.
- A Gift Card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted. A Gift Card may be topped up with additional funds provided the gift card is still valid and has not yet expired.
