Shipping & Cancellations

You can cancel your order while it’s still being processed. In most cases, we’re happy to cancel even after it’s been printed. However, once it’s shipped, we’ll need to wait until it’s returned to us before issuing a refund.

If you’ve changed your mind after it ships, no worries — just don’t accept the delivery and let us know. We’ll keep an eye out for its return and sort things out once it’s back with us. 

Delivery times are quoted in working days
We do our best to get your order to you quickly, but sometimes things take a little longer — especially for international deliveries. If your package takes a few days more than expected, please don’t be too hard on us!

Most clothing orders are printed to order
We’re always working to get orders out the door as quickly as possible, but since each piece is made just for you, occasional delays can happen. If your order shows up late, feel free to ask for a cheeky discount — we’ll do our best to make it right.

International orders
For destinations outside the UK, USA and Canada, we ship from the UK using a trusted forwarding partner. This adds a few extra processing days while your order is still in the UK, but it helps ensure a smoother shipping and customs experience once it’s on its way to you.

Orders to Ireland are shipped via the continent, which can add up to a week of extra transit time — a little Brexit bonus we wish we could avoid!
