Our hassle-free returns policy gives you 365 days to send back your order for an exchange or refund. No tricks, no hoops to jump through—just a straightforward process. Simply fill out our returns form to generate your return slip, and you’re good to go.

For orders placed before March 1st, 2025, UK and USA customers qualify for free returns—just get in touch with us first so we can assist you.

Let us know why you’re returning it—we love feedback.

Print the return slip and include it with your package*.

Post the package back to us and keep proof of postage just in case.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

You’ll receive a full refund, including any shipping you originally paid at checkout. The only cost you’ll need to cover is return shipping.

* If you don’t have a printer, first generate your return slip, then ship the item to the address listed on it. If you need the address, contact us. Be sure to include a note with your name and order number inside the package.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange your order, you have 365 days to send it back:

Let us know the details of your exchange so we can process it smoothly.

Print the return slip and include it with your package*.

Pack and post the package back to us and keep proof of postage, just in case.

Once we receive your package, we’ll start production on your replacement. To speed things up, email us your proof of postage, and we’ll get to work straight away. We’ll ship your replacement for free—the only cost you’ll need to cover is return shipping.

RETURNING GIFTS

If you received an item as a gift and need to return or exchange it, here’s what to do:

Fill out our returns form using the order details from the gift giver if you have them. If you’re unsure, contact us, and we’ll help.

Choose a refund or exchange:

  • Exchange: We’ll send you a replacement in the size or design of your choice.
  • Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (i.e., the person who bought the gift). If that’s an issue, let us know—we can offer store credit instead.

Print the return slip and include it with your package.

Post the item back to us, keeping proof of postage just in case. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Once we receive the return, we’ll process the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

We’ll ship your replacement for free.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

This depends on why you’re returning the item.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you’ve simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. However, we will refund your order in full, including any shipping you originally paid at checkout.

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: If we made a mistake—sent you the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged—we’ll cover the return shipping. Just contact us first so we can sort everything out before you send it back. Please include a photo of the items received to speed up the process.

Unfortunately, customs charges are non-refundable (we wish we had that power), but you might be able to claim them back from your local customs office. Please see “Useful tips for International orders” below for more details. Orders ship from UK and USA so this only applies to International orders.

WHAT CAN & CAN’T BE RETURNED?

We try to be as flexible as possible, but some items just can’t be returned. Here’s the breakdown.

Items you can return or exchange:

  • Any unworn, unused item in its original condition (within 365 days—plenty of time to decide).
  • Items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect—and yes, we’ll cover return shipping in these cases.

Items that can’t be returned:

  • Mystery packs—as the name suggests, you get what you get.
  • Custom-made items, including custom colours and plus-size items (4XL/5XL)—these are made just for you.
  • Items that appear worn or washed.

WHAT WE REFUND

We’ll refund the full cost of the product, payment processing fees, plus any shipping you originally paid at checkout.

We won’t charge you any restocking fees. You’ll get back exactly what you paid—no hidden charges here.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the order was a gift and a refund to the original buyer isn’t ideal, we can offer an alternative product or store credit instead.

Refunds can take up to two weeks to process. PayPal refunds appear in your account immediately, while card transactions take 3–8 days to show on your bank statement.

If you’re exchanging for a lower-priced item, we’ll refund the difference. If you’re exchanging for a higher-priced item, we’ll send you a payment link for the difference.

f you paid with a gift card, the gift card will be credited first, with any remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges are processed and shipped free of charge. 

We don’t refund customs fees or import taxes.

USEFUL TIPS FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Returning an order from outside the UK or USA? Here’s how to ensure a smooth process while avoiding unnecessary fees.

Marking Your Return Correctly

To prevent extra customs charges, mark your package as a “Merchandise Return” on the customs declaration form. This tells your country’s customs office that the item is being sent back and is not a new purchase. If possible, choose a shipping service that does not apply brokerage fees, as these can add unexpected costs.

Avoiding Duties on Returned Items

  • Some countries charge import duties even on returned goods if they are not correctly declared. To avoid this:
    Clearly label the package as a “Return” on the shipping label and customs form.
  • Include a copy of your original order confirmation inside the package.
  • Check your country’s specific return regulations—some may require additional paperwork.

Claiming a Refund on Duties & Taxes

If you paid import duties when your order arrived, you may be able to apply for a refund once the item is returned. Policies vary by country:

  • EU Countries: VAT and import duties can often be reclaimed. You may need proof of return and a refund application submitted to your local customs office.

  • Canada: The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) allows duty refunds using Form B2G if the return is made within a certain timeframe.

  • Australia: The Australian Border Force provides a Customs Duty Refund application for returned goods.

For the best chance of getting your duties refunded:

  • Keep all customs documents and proof of payment.
  • Request return confirmation from us if needed.
  • Contact your local customs office for the exact process.

WHAT HAPPENS TO RETURNED ITEMS?

We believe in second chances—not just for people, but for products too. Instead of sending returned items to landfill, we repurpose them into charity mystery packs to help raise money for good causes. Some are also donated to homeless shelters, because everyone deserves to have something decent to wear.

So even if your shirt didn’t spark joy for you, it’ll definitely do some good elsewhere.
