Returns are free for customers based in the UK and USA. Exchanges are free for everyone.

Returns and exchanges are free for all customers based in the UK and USA. Return shipping will be reimbursed. Simply email us with proof of postage and we’ll take care of the rest. Please always use the cheapest shipping method available. There is no need to use a trackable service – your postage receipt is enough for us to process the refund.
We will cover return shipping costs up to £3 for UK, $6 for USA/World and €6 for EU.
- INTERNATIONAL
While exchanges are free for all customers, we’re unable to cover return postage costs for returns, unless there is something wrong with the item. Please always use the cheapest shipping method available. There is no need to use a trackable service – your postage receipt is enough for us to process the refund.
International shipments should be marked as “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
Refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
