We’re All Riot Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our HQ is at 11 Catherines Close, West Drayton, Middx.

When you shop with us (or access our services, apps and websites (our “Websites”)), these terms apply. They’re important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful info. You can also find out more on our FAQ pages (which also form part of these terms). We keep these terms and FAQ pages updated and we amend them every so often, so remember to check back in before you shop, as the latest set will apply.

1. YOUR ACCEPTANCE

Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use (T&C), which together with our Privacy Policy govern AllRiot.com’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

2. ABOUT YOU

To shop with us, you need to:

be at least 16 years old;
have a credit or debit card that we accept (see bottom of page for details of current payment providers); and
be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

Just FYI, some of the goods sold through our Websites may not be suitable for under 18s.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card.

We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).

You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short period of ordering – timings depend on your chosen delivery method (and will be set out in the acknowledgement email). You can’t change your order – you’ll need to cancel (and/or return original item(s)), and re-order.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – e.g. if we think there’s something dodgy going on with an order or an account. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please don’t take offence – get in touch with Customer Care at hello@allriot.com and they’ll be happy to speak to you about it.

4. PRICES AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

There’s a lot going on here at Allriot HQ and from time to time our busy shoppers may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices include VAT (where applicable).

Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged (see below). Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

5. DELIVERY

Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.

We work our ALLRIOT socks off to try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

6. RETURNS

You have 365 days to return an item from when it’s delivered for a full refund (we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage).

If you return an item after 365 days, although we don’t have to give you a refund, we may instead, and at our discretion, give you an ALLRIOT gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.

Of course, it’s fine to try it on, but please don’t wear it because if an item is returned to us worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund (or discretionary ALLRIOT gift voucher) and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
Some items can’t be returned e.g. custom orders.

Return shipping is free. Just let us know how much you paid and we’ll reimburse you.

For International returns, please always use the cheapest shipping method available and make sure to keep your receipt. We can cover up return shipping costs up to 5 times the amount we charged you during checkout (or current flat rate equivalent if you qualified for free shipping). If your return shipping amount exceeds the amount charged during checkout (or flat rate shipping rates for your region – see our delivery page for details), please get in touch with us first before shipping the order, as we should be able to help you find a cheaper alternative.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Shipping terms:

When returning an order, the cheapest available shipping method should be used. If you plan to use a different shipping method, please get in touch with us first.
Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
International shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Allriot upon delivery will be rejected.

7. PROMO CODES

From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout!

Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you (e.g. what products, single/multiple use, when it can be used etc).

If you’re given a unique Promo Code that is meant just for you (e.g. a Refer-a-Friend discount) please keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it (e.g. don’t post it on social media). If we think there is or has been misuse of a Promo Code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we can cancel your Promo Code and/or suspend or even close your account without telling you.

We don’t like to do this, but if a Promo Code can’t run properly because someone or something is spoiling the fun for everyone – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the Promo Code – we can cancel, modify or suspend the Promo Code.

8. YOUR INFORMATION

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we’ll use your information. If your details change, remember that you need to update My Account so we can continue giving you our best service (you can also update your marketing preferences there).

At ALLRIOT, we love being able to interact with and chat to you through social media. However, we can’t control those social media platforms or how you set your profiles on them. Please check and set your privacy settings so that you understand and are comfortable with how your personal information on those platforms will be used.

9. THINGS YOU SHOULDN’T DO

We know it’s obvious, but you must not misuse or tamper with our websites, apps or other services (“Websites”) (e.g. hack, introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material or carry out denial of service attacks etc) or otherwise mess with our tech or functionality or steal our or our customers’ data. Doing any of these things may be a criminal offence, but they also get in the way of us giving our loyal ALLRIOT customers the best service, so we take them really seriously. ALLRIOT will report any such breach or activity (and all information about the people carrying it out) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

We recommend you use virus protection software when using any website, including ours. Although we have a dedicated team who work hard to stop people messing with our Website, we can’t guarantee that it will always be secure from bugs, viruses or trouble-makers.

Oh, and you’re not allowed to use automated systems or software to extract data from our Website (AKA ‘screen scraping’).

Troublemakers take note: you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ALLRIOT, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use (or misuse) of this Website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.

10. FRAUD

We have strict fraud detection policies in place and reserve the right to cancel any order that is flagged by our system.

11. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

In your use of and interactions with Allriot.com and the Website, you may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any User Submission that is copyrighted material belonging to others, without obtaining their prior written consent. This specifically includes the submission of Photos and Articles. Allriot.com reserves the right, in its discretion, to remove any User Submission if we believe it may infringe the copyright rights of others, and/or to terminate the accounts of users who we believe to be infringers.

12. CONTESTS AND COMPETITIONS:

You must be over 18 years of age to enter our competitions.

Employees of All Riot Ltd and any company associated to the specific competition and their families are not eligible to enter the competition.

Multiple entries per person are permitted.

Any entry that infringes copyright policy outlined in Section 3 of T&C will be disqualified from any AllRiot.com contest or competition.

Proof of making phone call, sending post/e-mail is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.

The closing date is as specified in the relevant competition.

Winners will be formally notified within 14 days of the closing date.

Competition winner announcement is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize may not be transferred to any other person.

Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon notification.

No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants request but in the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Allriot.com will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition.

Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.

We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.

We will keep your personal details for a reasonable time so that we can send you any prize that you have won, to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. We may pass your details on to our service providers and agents for the purposes of sending you the prize on our behalf.

13. WEBSITE ACCESS

In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create an account. You are not allowed to use another user’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You may change your password at any time by updating your Account page. In addition, you agree to immediately notify Allriot.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. AllrIot.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Allriot.com will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and third-party providers of products or services. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Allriot.com shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms of use. As with the purchase of a product or service through any medium or in any environment, you should use your best judgment and exercise caution where appropriate.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

14. DISABLED ACCESS

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree that your use of the website shall be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allriot.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the website and your use thereof.

In no event shall Allriot.com, or any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, director, officer, employee, licensor, distributor, supplier, agent, reseller, owner, or operator of allriot.com, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our website, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website, (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party, and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Allriot.com, and any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, director, officer, employee, licensor, distributor, supplier, agent, reseller, owner, or operator of Allriot.com, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Website; (ii) your violation of any term of these T&C; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party. This defence and indemnification obligation will survive these T&C and your use of the Website.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.
