Taken from his 1966 report to the US Senate, Robert Kennedy’s speech would reflect his lifelong pursuit of tolerance and civil rights.
Proudly raised under Irish Catholic roots, others called him “the little boy with the big heart”, which he illustrated whilst serving as America’s Attorney General and Senator of New York. However, it was his quiet revolution against America’s involvement in the Vietnam War that ultimately led to his assassination.
Nevertheless, his skill as an orator and tireless pursuit of social justice made his successes tantamount to his brother’s.
